Privacy Policy

Saint Lock ("we," "our," or "us") is built so that your prayer life stays yours. This policy explains what the app stores, where it lives, and the few things that leave your device.

The short version

Everything you enter into Saint Lock — your name, your spiritual season, your prayer goals, your prayer history and streaks — is stored only on your device. We do not run servers that hold your personal information, and we do not sell or share it with anyone.

Information stored on your device

• Onboarding answers. Your name, spiritual season, prayer goals, obstacles, and preferred prayer frequency are saved locally to personalize your prayers.
• Prayer activity. Which prayers you complete, when, your streaks, and any achievements you earn.
• Blocking settings. Which apps you have chosen to block and your scheduled prayer times.

None of this is transmitted to us. Deleting the app removes it, and you can also clear it from within Settings in the app.

Screen Time and app blocking

Saint Lock uses Apple's Family Controls, Managed Settings, and Device Activity frameworks (together, "Screen Time") to lock the apps you select. Apple designs these frameworks so that information about which apps you use is processed entirely on your device and is never made available to us. We cannot see which apps you have chosen, how often you use them, or anything about your activity in other apps. Your use of Screen Time is also governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Subscriptions

Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. To manage subscriptions we use RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user ID, basic device and operating system information, and your App Store purchase receipt. This lets us confirm whether your subscription is active. RevenueCat does not receive your name, prayer history, or any other content from the app.

Diagnostics

If you have chosen in your iPhone settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may send us anonymized crash reports and performance data. These contain no personal information and we use them only to fix problems in the app.

What we do not do

• We do not collect your email, location, or contacts.
• We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
• We do not sell, rent, or share personal information.

Children

Saint Lock does not collect personal information from any user, including children under 13. Because all data stays on the device, we have no way to identify or contact a user of any age.

Your choices

You control everything the app stores. You can edit your onboarding answers at any time, clear your prayer history in Settings, revoke Screen Time permission in your iPhone's Settings, and remove all data by deleting the app.

Changes to this policy

If we ever add features that change how data is handled, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the app.
