We're here to help you keep your prayer practice on track.
Saint Lock uses Apple's Screen Time API to lock the apps you choose. Once locked, those apps stay inaccessible until you complete a short prayer moment — set for morning, noon, and night.
This is usually a Screen Time sync issue. Try removing and re-adding the app to your locked list, and make sure your device's date and time are set automatically.
Make sure you're completing the full prayer moment before closing the app. If you believe this is a bug, email us with your device model and iOS version and we'll look into it right away.
Subscriptions are billed and managed through Apple. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Saint Lock to view, change, or cancel your plan.
Open Saint Lock, go to Settings within the app, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not Saint Lock directly. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Currently, locked apps and prayer schedules are set per device. Multi-device sync may be added in a future update.
Saint Lock doesn't have user accounts, and your locked apps and prayer settings are stored only on your device — we don't keep a copy on our servers. Deleting the app from your iPhone removes all of this data permanently. If you have a RevenueCat-linked subscription record you'd like to ask about, you can reach us at support@saintlock.app.
